We have a very experienced in house team of framers, drywall installers, drywall finishers, decorative plaster artisans, plaster mouldings, GFRG, Fry Reglet and other types of decorative metal trims, sound proofing, Star Silent plaster, microcement, semco finishes, high gloss finishes, all types of decorative plaster finishes, trimless access panels, acoustic ceilings, FRP, Restorative work, Green Building

The majority of our work is with very high end custom residential and high end commercial projects. Our main areas we cover are from Vero Beach south to Miami Beach/Coral Gables area- with primary focus on Palm beach island, Jupiter Island, Manalapan, Coral Gables, South Miami Beach, LasOlas, Harbor Beach, Hillsboro Mile, Boca, Wellington, SW Ranches, Hobe Sound, Sewells Point, and areas in between

We have a very skilled/experienced field team of over 250 full time staff, along with a team of field managers, office management, estimators, and an owner who is very involved with the entire company and sets a very high level of expectation on a daily basis in terms of overall quality and service. Each day- we strive to be better than the day before in every detail that we do; we look at each relationship we have in this industry as a long term one- never a “ one and done “ type scenario. Another important trait that we follow – we always make sure we are available to the client during the entire process of the project and well after the project is finished.

We provide a very proactive support system within our company and will always make sure we are available to address and/or answer any of our client’s concerns and/or needs.

We provide a very detailed billing system that is based on full transparency and inegrity. If the project is based on an awarded contract, we will provide a complete draw schedule upfront. Billing will be submitted with an invoice and AIA breakdown summary report. If the project is based on “a budget not to exceed” scenario- we execute field tickets on a daily basis with a full breakout of all labor and materials; billing rates will be disclosed upfront before the project would start. Invoices would be submitted with back up field tickets. If the project is to be awarded solely on a T/M basis- we will provide our billing rates upfront and execute field tickets on a daily basis. Invoices will be submitted with back up copies of the executed field tickets.
